The role / Company:
- This is a varied paraplanning role – working with a range of Advisers and cases.

The Role

Responsibilities will include:
Management
- Oversee New Business Processing.
- Manage on-going annual reviews of existing clients.
- Review & optimise all company processes.
- Assisting MD with monthly Adviser Performance Reviews.
- Manage Administration and Paraplanning Team.
- Improving the current broader client communication and engagement processes.
- Manage Client Servicing & Communication.
- People management – ability to draw together, manage and work alongside differing personalities and departments to get the best out of everyone.
HR
- Responsibility for Staff Reviews, Disciplinaries, Training and CPD.
- Managing Staff Leave and Sickness.
- Main liaison between HR support agency and the Company.
- Review and upkeep of Company HR policies and procedures.

Anyone with a thorough understanding of IFA Administration, financial advice and the wealth management process through their own experience is essential, and ideally you will also have some experience with aspects such as workflow management, training and mentoring.
The Role
With their clients – mostly senior company executives and high-net-worth private individuals – working in-and-around the City of London their office is based in a buzzy WeWork in Bank.
Responsibilities will include:
Management
- Oversee New Business Processing.
- Manage on-going annual reviews of existing clients.
- Review & optimise all company processes.
- Assisting MD with monthly Adviser Performance Reviews.
- Manage Administration and Paraplanning Team.
- Improving the current broader client communication and engagement processes.
- Manage Client Servicing & Communication.
- People management – ability to draw together, manage and work alongside differing personalities and departments to get the best out of everyone.
HR
- Responsibility for Staff Reviews, Disciplinaries, Training and CPD.
- Managing Staff Leave and Sickness.
- Main liaison between HR support agency and the Company.
- Review and upkeep of Company HR policies and procedures.
The role boast fantastic opportunities to develop further and could grow to include working across multiple areas such as compliance, operations and business strategy. You will work closely with the Director of the business, and he highly values initiative and a solution focussed approach, as well as enthusiasm for implementing improvements.
You should be comfortable and confident working at a senior level, with goodcommunication skills. You should be able to work alone, and as part of a wide team.It’s important that you can work on your own initiative and be proactive in your day- to-day role,
Package:
Full Time role
Up to £55,000 basic salary, depending on qualifications and experience
Discretionary Bonus scheme
4x basic salary death in service
25 days holiday
Hybrid working available (min 3 days in the office)
Your Strengths:
Ideally a min 3 years working within an IFA practice.
University degree or equivalent
good written and spoken English.
Strong communication skills, client-facing and inter-company.
Technologically competent, using new software and back-office systems.
Good Microsoft Office skills (including analysis and presentations) – Excel, Word, Powerpoint, Co-Pilot
Experienced in mail-merge/bulk-emailings and Docusign and preferably, bulk client acquisitions and on boarding.
Comfortable in a highly productive, dynamic working environment.
Ability to adapt and thrive under pressure while remaining focused and calm.
Happy to muck-in as much as manage your team.
Maintain good relationships with providers.
