The Role
This is a senior position within the firm, working alongside the senior management team.
The ideal person will be able to work across multiple areas (compliance, operations,
business strategy, team management and workflow management management)
They are looking for an individual who has a good understanding of financial advice and the wealth management process through their own experience within different areas of wealth planning. Desirable experience would include time themselves in administration, compliance, paraplanning roles.
The individual will be the person in the business tasked with looking across all areas, considering how they fit together and discussing proposed changes with the MD. They would be able to bring ideas into the business around how to appropriately implement different processes and procedures whilst continuing to ensure their clients receive a high level of service.
You should be comfortable and confident working at a senior level, with good communication skills. You should be able to work alone, and as part of a wide team. It’s important that you can work on your own initiative and be proactive in your day-to-day role, as well as being someone who enjoys getting involved with the work as much as manging it.
Your Strengths
- Min 4 years working within an IFA practice.
- University degree.
- Impeccable written and spoken English.
- Strong communication skills, client-facing and inter-company.
- High level of numeracy.
- Technologically competent, using new software and back-office systems.
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills (including analysis and presentations) – Excel, Word, Powerpoint, Co-Pilot
- Experienced in mail-merge/bulk-emailings and Docusign and preferably, bulk client acquisitions and on-boarding.
- Comfortable in a highly productive, dynamic working environment.

Your Experience

- The role will involve producing full illustrations, cash flow modelling and writing in-depth suitability reports
- The company is looking for their next hire, due to moving their current paraplanner through to an adviser role, and so backfilling. They are very happy to follow the same process with the new hire, and steadily move this individual through to advice as well if desired.
Things to note:
Ideally fully office based although some hybrid options can be discussed. 21 days holiday, rising to 25 with each year in the business. Full support with the diploma and onto Chartered exams provided.

Our client is looking for someone who has been working within a Technical IFA Administration
role and who is looking to gain more technical experience.
You will be involved in technical calculations, valuations and project based client planning. The
level of client care within the firm is on a completely different level and therefore it’s an
incredibly collaborative environment to work out the best plan for each client. You will also be
writing suitability reports.
There are 13 staff within the company based a purpose built refurbished office and they offer a
structured career development and exam plan based around your goals – whether that be
working towards an Advisory position or continuing to Chartered.
They have expanded rapidly in the last few years, however have been very conscious to keep
the ‘family feel’ of their practice. After the initial training period then there is the possibility of hybrid working.

The individual will be the person in the business tasked with looking across all areas, considering how they fit together and discussing proposed changes with the MD. They would be able to bring ideas into the business around how to appropriately implement different processes and procedures whilst continuing to ensure their clients receive a high level of service.
You should be comfortable and confident working at a senior level, with good communication skills. You should be able to work alone, and as part of a wide team. It’s important that you can work on your own initiative and be proactive in your day-to-day role, as well as being someone who enjoys getting involved with the work as much as manging it.
Your Strengths
- Min 4 years working within an IFA practice.
- University degree.
- Impeccable written and spoken English.
- Strong communication skills, client-facing and inter-company.
- High level of numeracy.
- Technologically competent, using new software and back-office systems.
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills (including analysis and presentations) – Excel, Word, Powerpoint, Co-Pilot
