Job Title: Client Services Manager

Location- Shoreham on Sea

Salary – £35,000 – £46,000 depending upon experience.

Our client is a well-established independent IFA firm who is now looking for a

Client Services Manager to join their growing team.

As mentioned above the company really focuses on developing their employees’

skills, support is provided for CII exams including payment for study text & exam

and study leave.

The specific responsibilities of this role are as follows:

  • Acts as key point of contact for clients; organising and dealing with correspondence via telephone, email, or letter (as per client specification), as well as attending meetings with clients as required.
  • Leads regular (minimum weekly) meetings to organise and prioritise team workload. Organises regular touch points during the week to ensure that activities
  • and deliverables are carried out as planned and within deadlines.
  • Some understanding of technical products and procedures, as well as law, with support of the Paraplanner(s).
  • Works with the Adviser(s) and administrator(s) to ensure that client reports are generated from Intelligent Office/Genovo using the standard agreed templates; validating that investments/information is populated with the correct values and details and that mandatory sections of the document are completed as specified as well as personalised correctly with specific, current updates and detail.
  • Supports the Adviser(s) and administrator(s) in utilising other agreed toolsets to provide data for client identification, risk profiling, lifestyle planning, investment analysis etc.
  • Acts as main point of contact between providers and Adviser(s) in the transfer, set up and administration of investments and policies on behalf of clients. This includes dealing with letters of authority, processing new applications, following up with ongoing transactions, resolving issues etc. Ensures that the client is kept informed on progress and is notified when transactions are completed.
  • Ensures client and plan data is kept updated and correct in IO.
  • Provides support for HoSS in defining and arranging the undertaking of organisational projects and initiatives.
  • Health and Safety officer and Mental Health First Aider for their office and possibly one other.
