The role

The company are now looking for an experienced Administrator to join their team, and work alongside another experienced Administrator to support 4 Paraplanners and 5 Directors. The company currently has a successful graduate (or equivalent) trainee adviser programme, which involves the individuals joining the business to first work within administration for the first 12 months, therefore these individuals will be working closely with the two senior Administrators to provide support for the more basic aspects of administration, meaning that the senior Administrators will be able to concentrate on more technical administration and client servicing.

Desirable experience

The role would suit any Administrator that really takes pride in harnessing the administration function within a business, and truly enjoys supporting paraplanners and advisers. It would also suit anyone that enjoyed working with junior individuals as a mentor figure. Experience within an IFA Administration role is essential.

Whilst progression within this company is always an option, as they always make it a priority to ensure all staff are feeling challenged, the company are ideally looking for someone who has ambitions to remain within the administration function long term.

Any industry relevant qualification would be desirable, however not essential. The company will always support anyone who wishes to continue professional development and gain further industry relevant qualifications.
