The Role
With their clients – mostly senior company executives and high-net-worth private individuals – working in-and-around the City of London their office is based in a buzzy WeWork in Bank.
Responsibilities will include:
Management
- Oversee New Business Processing.
- Manage on-going annual reviews of existing clients.
- Review & optimise all company processes.
- Assisting MD with monthly Adviser Performance Reviews.
- Manage Administration and Paraplanning Team.
- Improving the current broader client communication and engagement processes.
- Manage Client Servicing & Communication.
- People management – ability to draw together, manage and work alongside differing personalities and departments to get the best out of everyone.
HR
- Responsibility for Staff Reviews, Disciplinaries, Training and CPD.
- Managing Staff Leave and Sickness.
- Main liaison between HR support agency and the Company.
- Review and upkeep of Company HR policies and procedures.
The role boast fantastic opportunities to develop further and could grow to include working across multiple areas such as compliance, operations and business strategy. You will work closely with the Director of the business, and he highly values initiative and a solution focussed approach, as well as enthusiasm for implementing improvements.

Package:
Full Time role
Up to £55,000 basic salary, depending on qualifications and experience

Your Strengths:
Ideally a min 3 years working within an IFA practice.
University degree or equivalent
good written and spoken English.
Strong communication skills, client-facing and inter-company.
Technologically competent, using new software and back-office systems.

- You will be working closely with 1 other Junior Paraplanner and so anyone who enjoys mentorship will also thrive in this role
- The role will involve producing full illustrations, cash flow modelling and writing in-depth suitability reports
- The company is looking for their next hire, due to moving their current paraplanner through to an adviser role, and so backfilling. They are very happy to follow the same process with the new hire, and steadily move this individual through to advice as well if desired.
Things to note:
Ideally fully office based although some hybrid options can be discussed. 21 days holiday, rising to 25 with each year in the business. Full support with the diploma and onto Chartered exams provided.
