It is a varied and dynamic team of around 50 employees currently, with an enthusiastic and supportive team atmosphere.

The role

The company are now looking for an experienced paraplanner to join their team, and work alongside 4 other paraplanners supporting 5 Directors. Full administrative support is provided through two senior administrators and junior administrators who are placed in the administrative function for 9/12 months as part of their trainee adviser programme. Therefore, the role will be predominantly paraplanning, and will include cash flow forecasting and suitability report writing, as well as the chance to sit in on meetings and work very closely with the advisers.

Desirable experience

The role would suit any paraplanner that really takes pride in harnessing the adviser support/paraplanning function within a business, and enjoys a mixture of the technical support aspects, mixed with regular contact with clients and advisers alike.

Level 4 diploma within financial planning or equivalent is desirable.

This role would also suit anyone who really enjoys the paraplanning function and would relish this function for the foreseeable future. With that being said this company would thoroughly encourage continuing professional development and supporting someone to reach chartered, something we have seen them do for many employees so far. If an individual had aspirations to eventually move through to advice, this too would not be discouraged here.
