The Role

Our client is part of SJP and is a boutique practice of 5 and they are looking for an administrator to join their team and work alongside the other administrators, supporting the advisers closely with all aspects of back-office admin and client servicing. The practice is growing and with this growth comes the opportunity for employees to be progressed into more of a practice management function later down the line should they wish to harness this step up in responsibility within the practice. Duties would then include working closely as the lead point of contact for advisers and other employees, managing the work-flow of the business, conducting reviews and appraisals, and working closely with the director to implement any new processes and changes.
