IFA Administrator / Wealth Planning Administrator – 1xday per week home working
Location: London
Salary: £25,000 – £37,000 – Dependent on your experience

Due to expansion, one of our clients based in the city is now looking to recruit an IFA Administrator. The ideal candidate will have at 6 months plus experience as an IFA Administrator – however this experience is desirable and not essential.

Being able to either demonstrate commitment to exams by having some completed is also desirable, but again not essential. Completing the exams towards the diploma in financial planning is highly encouraged within this company and will be supported.

Initially the role will include a mixture of administration and client servicing duties, however as you progress it will go onto include exposure to more technical aspects of administration as well as offering exposure to paraplanning through working closely with the other paraplanners in the team.
Progression through to full paraplanner will be encouraged should you have these aspirations.

The office space itself is a fantastic place to work – part of a “we work” building based near bank station – there are social areas of the building for mixing with other companies, beer taps which the team take advantage of after a productive week, and generally it’s a social and vibrant setting.
Each individual will also be given a laptop – so even on office days, you are not restricted to a particular area and can move throughout the office and various spaces within the “we work” building freely should you wish.
