Job title: IFA Administrator / Wealth Planning Administrator – 2 days Home Working

Location: London

Salary: Dependent on your experience.

Are you looking for your next challenge within financial services/wealth planning? Would you relish the opportunity to work as part of a team in an administrative function whilst working towards exams and moving into a paraplanning function.

Due to expansion, one of our oldest clients based in the city is now looking to recruit an experienced IFA Administrator.

The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience as an IFA Administrator and be able to demonstrate commitment to exams through already have some completed – however, this experience is desirable and not essential.

The role would allow exposure to technical aspects of administration and a mixture of administration and client servicing duties.

This position offers a great opportunity to work within an established boutique wealth planner dealing with high-net-worth individuals. it also offers the opportunity to therefore work as part of a small team who are all very close and pride themselves on their ability to work together to ensure the best outcome for their clients. They recognise the instrumental role each individual plays and are generally a friendly, high-energy team who take pride in their work and also prioritise socialising together and keeping morale within the team high. the role would suit anyone with the genuine desire to contribute to the future development of themselves and the business.

This role is currently being performed remotely – but the company is now easing back into office working, they are conscious to do this at a good pace so everyone can adjust back into office work, and anticipate that for all individuals they will adopt a flexible approach – with the ideal arrangement being 2 days home based working and 3 days office based. All employees will have laptops provided and docking stations in the office for them.

The office space itself is a fantastic place to work – part of a “we work” building based near bank station – there are social areas of the building for mixing with other companies, beer taps which the team take advantage of after a productive week, and generally its a social and vibrant setting.

We have seen this company promote each individual we have placed there. they recognise hard work and people’s desires to continue professional development, and would adopt the same approach with their next hire. they would like to encourage this individual to take their exams to achieve the diploma in financial planning and then move them through to a paraplanning function within around 12 to 18 months.
