Executive Assistant to Managing Director

Job Title: EA to Managing Director

Location: Wokingham

Salary: Up to £40,000 depending on experience

Job purpose summary

To provide EA and secretarial support for the Managing Director/Principal(s).

The individual will be required to undertake wide ranging and varied secretarial and administration duties. They will also be required within this role to assist other EAs/PA’s and support staff within the Company to provide cover during holidays, absence or extreme project workloads.

Cleaner and Resource Coordinator

Hours: 8am to 5pm Monday to Friday – 40 hours per week (Term Time)

ROLE SUMMARY:

The cleaner and resource co-ordinator is responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness across the school by carrying out both regular and one off cleaning tasks across the school. This will include assisting with keeping the rooms and outside areas clean along with monitoring, replacing and reordering all cleaning products. The organisation and maintenance of specific school resources will also be part of this busy role.
