Job Title: Office Administrator

Location: Marylebone, London

Salary: £20,000 – £25,000 depending on experience

Our client, located in London is a dynamic and growing company, comprising of a great team of experienced and friendly professionals. They are currently looking for an Office Administrator to join their team and support the Operations Director to ensure the office and processes are adhered to.

The ideal candidate will be a hard-working professional able to undertake a variety of office support tasks and work diligently under pressure. This person will be comfortable working with a high degree of attention to detail and discretion as well as incorporating new and effective ways to achieve better results

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Administration support for the Operations Director
  • Office Administration, including but not limited to, placing orders, sorting and distributing mail and answering calls.
  • Email management, both external and internal
  • Manage supplier relationships, communicate with suppliers and respond to requests or issues
  • Provide support to HR regarding projects
  • Accounts Reconciliation – Weekly reviewing of the database to ensure all accounts are correct
  • Create and maintain/ update records ensuring accuracy and validity of information
  • Set up meetings rooms for internal meetings and typing up minutes
  • Provide support when organising company events – As a company, they also support local charities on a yearly basis.
  • Compliance – updating the database, sending out correspondents and change polices
  • Scan and file appropriate documents
  • Conduct research and compile data
